Waterfowler.com

In 1997, Waterfowler.com launched the first Internet-based, real-time waterfowl migration tracking system. After a successful season of tracking and reporting of waterfowl in the Mississippi Flyway, Waterfowler.com expanded migration coverage to include the Central, Atlantic and Pacific Flyways in 1998.

As readership expanded to over 100,000 unique interactive participants, so did the accuracy of Waterfowler.com’s reporting and tracking — earning accolades from industry peers such as Ducks Unlimited, Delta Waterfowl Foundation, Sports Afield, and Field & Stream, and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.

With nearly 200 volunteer field editors and over 100,000 online readers*, Waterfowler.com has grown into waterfowl hunting’s largest interactive member community providing in-depth, national coverage of the sport of waterfowl hunting.

Readers of Waterfowler.com have immediate access to the world of duck and goose hunting through news, features, product announcements; interactive discussion forums, real-time hunter reports and weekly migration tracking updates.

As a result of the successful membership program, in 2002, Waterfowler.com introduced an interactive GIS Migration Mapping System to aid in tracking migrating waterfowl. By 2004, the Migration Mapping System was syndicated to Ducks Unlimited, and revered as the Internet’s most advanced migration tracking tool.

Waterfowler.com provides a Membership opportunity that offers an adventure of interactivity, information and celebration of the grand traditions of waterfowl hunting.
